The founder works as a RUI-registered collaborator (Section E) within the agency network of a major insurance company: IVASS and IDD training, plus hands-on practice with the products. The reference model is Garantme in France · validated in a market comparable to Italy's.
RUI Section A
Independent registration in the Italian Single Register of Insurance Intermediaries, Section A (agents). The CEO's IVASS exam: December 2026. This lets Garanto distribute the partner company's policies in its own right.
Direct mandate with the insurer
