Approval

04 · Coming

Issuance

Guarantee contract, payment (4.5% of the annual rent plus €49) and a QR certificate the landlord opens from their dashboard. Payment, electronic signature and coverage go live once the agreements with licensed partners are in place.

Renewal

At expiry the certificate renews for another twelve months, recalculated on the updated rent. From sign-up to renewal it is one digital flow.
